What can we say, this one is a long one! Starting out with an India Pale base brew, we fermented it with lager yeast for 6 weeks creating a crisp, clean and hoppy light lager. Then, we barrel aged it in Oregon Pinot Barrels with Brettanomyces. After a looongg wait, we finally dry hopped it with Falconer Flight hops for a fruit forward kick. So, we give you The “D.H.W.B.A.M.F.B.B.I.P.L”
