2021 Big Winter is an Imperial Stout aged in freshly emptied Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels. We brewed this beer and aged it for 6 months in Bourbon Barrels. This beer is 100% Barrel-aged, with no back blending. With rich notes of Dark Chocolate, Roasted Coffee, Vanilla, and subtle Wood Tannins complimenting the American Bourbon character, this Beer is a Winter Crowd Pleaser!
