Day 14/30. Light strength class today and general work items around the gym. Here’s a great hamstring/ITB/knee pain mobility drill tonight. Look closely for the TP ball, place the ball on the lateral hamstring (bicep femorus) and search for hot spots (trigger points). You can flex and extend your leg, do small circles with your leg at 90deg etc, work up and down your leg. #goodlifebrewing #mobilitymilesmaintain
