Apricot Wild Ale:
The latest project from our “In the Woods” Barrel-Aged Beer Program. Apricot Wild Ale is a light ale fermented on Brettanomyces, a wild yeast strain producing classic Belgian flavors and aromas. Our brewers then refermented this wild yeast beer on a pound per gallon of Apricot Puree! What we ended up with is a very fruit-forward and refreshing barrel-aged Beer, just in time for Summer! 🍑 Think of biting into a fresh juicy summer apricot.
ABV 6.0% IBU 17
