“Mexican Lager” Historically immigrants from Germany traveled to Mexico and brewed traditional Vienna-style lagers, creating the beer style we now know as Cerveza. Light straw pales in color, with a light floral aroma and low bitterness.
A clean and pleasant finish on the malt characters imparted from Canadian and American Pilsner Malt & Flaked Maize (Corn) with American Saaz and German Noble hops.
