Today, was a huge day for us! We've been collaborating with @thealeapothecary for the last 18 months to develop a special beer for you (and us), and today we sampled some bottles that we are sending to #gabf. We brewed a Dortmunder-style #lager with @meccagrade #malt that we aged in @sokolblosser #pinotnoir barrels and then put Paul's mixed culture into the beer to create one of the best beers we've ever produced! We'll keep you posted on release dates but it'll be this Fall!
